We aim to get an engineer to you the same day for most jobs, often within a couple of hours for urgent issues. Availability depends on demand in your area.
We take payment upfront for the call-out and the first hour of labour. If the job needs more time, your engineer will agree a price with you directly for any work beyond that hour.
Yes — every engineer is checked before joining our network, and those carrying out gas work are Gas Safe registered.
